Wrench Group is expanding into the Midwest through partnership with Indianapolis-based Williams Comfort Air and its partner brands in Louisville and Cincinnati

INDIANAPOLIS – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Wrench Group, LLC (“Wrench”), a national leader in home services, announced a partnership with Williams Comfort Air (“Williams”) of Indianapolis, Indiana. The partnership includes three other regional brands that Williams owns and operates: Mr. Plumber, also based in metropolitan Indianapolis, Indiana; Jarboe’s Plumbing, Heating & Cooling of Louisville, Kentucky and Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing of Cincinnati, Ohio. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction expands the Wrench Group’s presence in the Midwestern market and positions the company for success in three growing markets in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio with brands that have served their communities for over 75 years.
