CINCINNATI – TriHealth and Duke Realty have added 32 new inpatient rooms, six new intensive care rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room to Bethesda Butler Hospital. In addition to the 53,512 square meter expansion, the project also included the conversion of 7,569 square meters of the existing hospital space and the addition of 883 parking spaces. The building was also fortified on the third floor for a possible extension. Bethesda Butler Hospital now has a total of 90,788 square feet. Duke Realty owns the hospital, which is 100 percent leased to Bethesda Hospital. The facility is part of a larger campus that includes a cancer institute, infusion services, a cardiac institute, a digestive institute, a sleep center, and a physiotherapy institute. Duke Realty provided contract services and PFB Architects Inc. provided architectural services.
