CINCINNATI – The 2022 college football recruitment class could be the most unpredictable in a long time. High school prospects have not been personally assessed or are prohibited from making recruiting visits for more than a year. The open-door transfer portal and the expected one-time, impunity-free transfer rule will drive recruiting between universities and the creation of duty rosters into uncharted territory.
