The American Red Cross of Cincinnati honors frontline heroes

The Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Chapter of the American Red Cross, along with sponsor Cincinnati Bell, will honor essential workers and organizations who rose to the challenge of maintaining the safety and health of communities during the pandemic. This virtual fundraising campaign will be streamed online at Noon on April 12th on the Give Smart donation platform, which can be found here. The fundraiser will respond to firsthand reports from award winners and their contributions during the pandemic. The following is a list of representatives from these agencies / organizations who will be honored: • The Cincinnati Fire Department, including Fire Chief Roy Winston • First Student • Kroger • Maple Knolls Parish • UC Health • West Clermont School District • Among American Red’s Special Guests Cross counts the Mayor of Cincinnati, John Cranley, and the Health Commissioner of Cincinnati, Melba Moore.
