LEXINGTON, SC (April 5, 2021) – Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced that Marty Cox has been promoted to Service Center Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio.
With more than 18 years of experience with Southeastern, Cox began his career at the Knoxville Service Center in Tennessee as a part-time freight carrier. During his time with the company, he held various management positions, including freight carrier, front-line manager, deputy service center manager and most recently as service center manager in Lexington, Kentucky.
“Marty is a dedicated employee who always ensures quality and culture come first,” said Seth Fetzer, regional vice president of operations for Southeastern Freight Lines. “He has an excellent track record in his previous roles with Southeastern and we look forward to his ambitious demeanor and exceptional problem-solving skills at the Cincinnati Service Center.”
Cox, his wife Christy, and their two daughters look forward to moving to Cincinnati and continuing to serve the Southeastern team in this new role.
