Since Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story” debuted in 1995, you can now discover studio films and characters, the science that brings them to life. This exhibition focuses on the concepts of science, technology, engineering, math, and computer science used in all of the Pixar films. The interactive exhibition introduces MINT and the infinite limits of the imagination. , allows visitors to meet popular characters like Buzz Lightyear, Dolly, Mike and Sally, Edna Mode, Wally, and more. The exhibits are primarily hands-on and give visitors a glimpse into the eight steps of the Pixar film-making process. : Modeling, rigging, surfaces, sets and cameras, animations, simulations, lighting, rendering. There are over 50 interactive elements including: Discover how Bug’s Eye View’s camera placement and angle created Pixar faces when creating underwater scenes in Finding Nemo, Creating digital sculptures from artist sketches in Bug’s Life, Animators using light, to solve similar challenges, the model can see how the model is given a virtual skeleton. This exhibition focuses on the concepts of science, technology, engineering, math, and computer science used in all of the Pixar films.
The interactive exhibition shows the infinite limits of STEM and imagination and allows visitors to meet popular characters like Buzz Lightyear, Dolly, Mike and Sally, Edna Mode and Wally.
The exhibition is primarily practice-oriented and gives visitors a glimpse into the eight steps of Pixar filmmaking: modeling, rigging, surfaces, sets and cameras, animation, simulation, lighting and rendering. ..
There are over 50 interactive elements including:
- In A Bug’s Life, see how camera placement and angles created a perspective of the mistake
- Create a digital sculpture from an artist’s sketch
- Use lights to solve similar challenges Pixar faces creating underwater scenes in Finding Nemo. facing
