Muskegon’s Burning Foot Beer Festival

If you love the beach, beer, or a combination of both, this is the festival for you!

The Burning Foot Beer Festival makes its triumphant return on the shores of Lake Michigan this summer.

As reported by Mlive.com, the festival will take place in person this August. If, like me, you’ve never heard of or been to the Burning Foot Beer Festival, this is it:

On their Facebook page, the Burning Foot Beer Festival is described as a festival of locally brewed craft beer, but one that also celebrates the beauty of the lake. Festival goers can also enjoy local music and food vendors.

When does it happen?

The festival is currently taking place on August 28th at 3 p.m. However, on their events page, they emphasized that details are still being worked out. When you consider how Covid has reshaped the way we have to do everything, it should be understood that things can change in the future. At this point in time they are still planning the festival on Pere Marquette Beach.

In the past, tickets to the Burning Foot Festival were $ 50 ($ 55 on the day of the event) and included 15 drinks cards and a drinking glass, at least according to their website. Updated ticket information will be provided once they confirm details such as the music line-up, etc.

Personally, I can’t wait for the festivals to return safely. I never thought I’d say it … but I really miss scenes like the one below where people are shoulder to shoulder. Never in my life would I have thought that this would be the part that I missed

You can check the Burning Foot Beer Festival website or Facebook page for information on ticket availability, music program, location and more.
