The Spanish omelette, also known in many places as a tortilla, is in human terminology like a deep-shelled omelette. It consists of onions, potatoes, some vegetables, cheese and eggs. They are served like pieces of cake and are filled in such a way that they are sorted after the lunch break. I do this when I have to go shopping during the day so I can avoid the junk food outside.
How to do it
This is a very simple recipe where all you have to do is cut all the ingredients and break the eggs.
Fry the potatoes and onions until lightly golden brown.
Transfer all of the ingredients together into a bowl with whisk with your preferred seasoning.
Now pour them all onto a nonstick or iron pan and cook with a lid for 3-4 minutes.
When you’re done, place a plate on the skillet and turn it over like a pizza.
Then cook the flipped side again in the pan for the same 3-4 minutes, then turn it onto a plate.
Serve with a little side dish.

Mix the ingredients together.
In the same bowl, pour the contents of the bowl and cook with a lid for 3-4 minutes on each side. To flip the omelette, just take a plate and turn it in one quick motion so your egg doesn’t break.
