USS Nightmare

The ticket office opens at 7 p.m. and the doors open at 7:30 p.m.

B&B Riverboats, Newport

The specified closing times only apply to the ticket counter. All ticket customers who queue at closing times are guaranteed access. As soon as the ticket counter is closed, no further customers are allowed to enter the line.

Friday October 18th

The Haunted Halloweens Trail

7-10 p.m.

Middleton-Mills Park, 3415 Mills Road, Covington

The quarter mile trail is full of horror and drama. Ghosts, goblins, witches and creatures are ready to scare those present. Stay on the torch-lit path and you may survive. At 10 p.m. the gate at the entrance closes. Anyone standing in line before that time can go the path. There is a shelter at the end of the Haunted Trail where survivors may want to try free bat blood (punch) served by ghost women. Discounts are available through Northern Kentucky Baseball. Parking is at the soccer field. There will be a hayride shuttle that will bring participants back to their vehicles. Recommended for children from 6 years.

Cost: Either a non-perishable food or personal care product donation for Be Concerned, or $ 1 per person

Saturday 19th October

Halloween Happenings: Children’s Fun Day and Character Trail

1-4 a.m.

Middleton-Mills Park, 3415 Mills Road, Covington

This trail is an opportunity for kids of all ages to meet some friendly characters and get a sweet treat. There will also be Halloween games that are fun for the whole family.

Free but donated or non-perishable groceries and personal care products for Be Concerned are accepted.

Halloween Carnival

5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Erlanger Train Depot Park

3313 Crescent Ave., Erlanger

Offers carnival games for children and shows The Nightmare Before Christmas at 7:30 PM

Sunday 20th October

Scary Sunday

3:45 p.m.

At 3:45 a.m., the guests gather in St. Pius for the costume parade. The parade will travel to President’s Park at 4 p.m. There will be a magic show judging the costume for children under 3 years of age, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12.

At 4:30 pm, guests can visit The Haunted Forest. Children receive a trick or treat bag while supplies last.

Saturday October 26th

AJ Jolly’s spectacular Halloween event

12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Children under the age of 12 can try trick or treating on a friendly path from 12pm to 3pm

Costume competitions toddlers to adults start at 2 p.m., categories are toddlers, children 2-4, children 5-7 and children 7-12, teenagers and adults. There will be hay rides, inflatables, games, vendors, food, drinks, and fall crafts.

Suggested donation $ 5 per vehicle.

Autumn Festival / Trunk-or-Treat / Chili Cook-Off
1-4 a.m.

Fort Mitchell City Building and Fort Mitchell Baptist Church
Park at the Blessed Sacrament School. To register, or volunteer for Chili Cook-Off, Trunk-or-Treat, visit www.fortmitchell.com.

For the chilli cook-off, hand in the entries in a pot outside Fort Mitchell Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. (provide a serving spoon or ladle). Taste tests and voting are public and start at 1:30 p.m. The winners will be announced at 2:30 p.m.

Trunk-or-treat will be at 3pm
There’s a costume contest (toddlers up to 12 years old), pony rides, a petting zoo, live entertainment, a pumpkin decoration station, a spooky trail through town buildings, a fire truck, and inflatables.

Sunday October 27th

The Haunted Library: It was all a dream

2-4: 30pm

William E. Durr Branch of the Kenton County Libary, Indepndence

Thrills, chills and laughter await those who dare to enter. Please bring canned goods or non-perishable food for charity. Ideal for children from 7 years.

Halloween skating carnival

5-7 p.m.

Monday October 28th

Florence Community Band presents Spooktacular Halloween Concert

19:30 o’clock

Florence Government Center, lower level common areas, 8100 Ewing Blvd, Florence
Refreshments are available after the concert.

Tuesday October 29th

City of Florence 17th annual Halloween night

5-7 p.m.

Government Center of Florence

The event includes ticks or treatments, providers and games.
