Cincinnati ranks well in the nation when it comes to lodging.
AAA announced that six hotels in the area have received the Four Diamond Awards.
“Travelers can expect elegance, comfort and style when they stay at a Four Diamond Hotel in Queen City,” said AAA spokeswoman Jenifer Moore in a press release.
Downtown Cincinnatian Hotel was honored for the 22nd consecutive time during the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza and Westin Cincinnati have been honored for 16 years.
Downtown 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati and Renaissance Cincinnati downtown hotel have been in the ranking for five years.
Hotel Covington reached the ranking for the second time in a row.
According to the AAA, a total of 1,722 hotels in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean were honored.
