Hard Rock International, work with VICI Properties Inc.has confirmed the completion of the JACK Cincinnati Casino Transaction. Through the joint purchase, Hard Rock acquired the casino’s operating assets, while VICI owns the land and real estate assets.
The casino will continue to operate under the current branding until it opens in spring 2020 Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. Located on 22 acres in the Broadway Commons area of downtown Cincinnati, the property has 100,000 square feet of gaming space with approximately 1,800 slot machines and 100 table games.
In addition, the property includes 33,000 square meters of meeting space, six high-quality restaurants and two bars. Hard Rock will announce new property improvements at a later date.
