Great photos from the ‘Boomer & Gio Boat Party’ on Long Island

It has been dubbed one of the biggest boat parties of the year on Long Island’s South Shore.

And the “Boomer and Gio Boat Party” lived up to the hype.

The event, chaired by WFAN presenters Gregg Giannotti and Boomer Esiason, took place on Friday with a live broadcast of the Boomer and Gio Show at the LakeHouse on Bay Shore.

Boaters from all over the island hung out at the Bay Shore Marina, where The LakeHouse is located, to listen to the morning show from their ships.

Then there was a boat parade, led by a yacht carried by the sports radio presenters, to the Connequot River.

Over 100 boats gathered in the canal just outside Timber Point Marina to celebrate with the WFAN team and listen to live music on a barge. The musical acts were organized by 94.7 New York’s Country.

The proceeds went to the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
