Fred Beans receives 17th Ford Motor Company Award based on Customer Satisfaction | business

BOYERTOWN – Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown has received the President’s Award from Ford Motor Company. It is the 17th time that the dealership has been named as the recipient of the award.

The President’s Award was launched in 1998. Dealers are authorized through customer survey responses regarding their sales and service satisfaction. For the 2020 President’s Award program, Boyertown’s Fred Beans Ford took first place in the Eastern Market to ensure service customer satisfaction.

Fred Beans operates seven Ford dealerships, including the Boyertown location.
