Courtney Love is set to release a new song called The Big Moon that appears to also feature Aimee Mann – listen to a teaser from ‘Roses’ below.
In the teaser, the Hole singer plays the acoustic track with Big Moon singer Juliette Jackson.
When Love published the clip on Instagram yesterday (March 26th), he teased him with “Roses [is] comes … with bruises. “Mann isn’t in the new teaser video, but her appearance on the track appears to be confirmed by Love, who tagged her in the mail.
Check out the performance below.
Earlier this month, Love opened up her battle with anemia, revealing that she almost died after the illness took her to the hospital.
Love opened up to the “debilitating acute pain” she was experiencing and wrote on Instagram, “Folks, I was sad and extremely sick. Weak, in excruciating pain, and nearly died of anemia in the hospital in August at 97 pounds. “
Elsewhere, the singer also claimed last month that “a number of #MeToo” incidents caused her to disrupt her acting career.
When she contemplated a “fun as hell” period in the late ’90s when she turned to acting and earned a Golden Globe nod for “The People vs. Larry Flynt” (1996), she claimed she did then “stopped acting” “a bunch of #metoos” that made her quit the job. “Nobody would believe me and it wouldn’t stop. So I went and it went, “wrote Love.
The Big Moon, meanwhile, released their second album ‘Walking Like We Do’ via fiction in early 2020.
