Cincinnati Sports Club, TriHealth offers free mental health seminars

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a financial burden that has affected many, particularly on mental health and wellbeing. Starting next week, the Cincinnati Sports Club is partnering with TriHealth to host free seminars that will focus on strategies to improve your lifestyle. Experts will examine a variety of topics to get people back on track after a difficult year. “Probably most of us have had a nervous breakdown in the past few months, especially during the holiday season. We haven’t done what we’re used to, so we’ve really looked at the mental and physical wellbeing that we all strive for.” said Katie Pitzer of TriHealth. The first seminar will focus on COVID-19 fatigue and it’s Thursday at 5:30 p.m. To register, call the Cincinnati Sports Club at 513-527-4000.
