CINCINNATI, March 24, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Cincinnati Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CINF) today announced the availability of materials for the 2021 Annual General Meeting on the Internet – the 2020 Annual Report on Form 10-K, the invitation to the 2021 Annual General Meeting and the declaration of proxy and the 2021 annual letter to shareholders. The company has filed these materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission and they can be viewed online.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting on Saturday, May 8th, at 9:30 a.m. (CET). The company expects to resume its traditional personal annual meeting next year.
