In a poll that ended November 6th, Cincinnati.com readers selected winners for the Cincinnati Enquirer Athlete of the Week, presented by Mercy Health for October 26th through November 26th. 1 voting period.
The winners will receive a certificate sent through the school’s sports department at the end of the season.

You don’t have to be a subscriber to vote. This period lasts every Monday afternoon until 5 p.m. during the season. Please send all nominations for the previous week’s performances to [email protected] by Monday morning. The new ballot will be published on Monday evening. You can vote once an hour from any device.
This week’s winners are:
Ohio Fall Boys Team: St. Xavier Cross Country – The Bombers had the top two finishers in the regional race and helped them win a regional championship.
Ohio Fall Girls Team: Lebanon Cross Country – Two runners finished in the top 20, helping Lebanon reach the state for the first time in school history.
Ohio soccer team: Ross – Ross prevailed against Bellbrook with 41:19 and reached the final of the regional tournament for the first time in school history.
Northern Kentucky / Indiana Football Team: Bishop Brossart – Brossart scored 20 points against Pendleton County in the fourth quarter, resulting in a 41-12 win.
Boys Cross Country: Nathan Mountain, St. Xavier – The senior won the Division I regional cross country meeting with a time of 15:24:44, helped St. Xavier to a team title and advanced to the state meeting.
Girls Cross Country: Angelina Harris, Ryle – She finished 11th at the 3A Kentucky State Cross Country Girls’ Meet, the tallest of all local runners. She helped Ryle get a third place on the team.
Ohio Soccer Player, Big School: Jackson Kuhn, Anderson – In the loss to La Salle, he set a state record of 503 meters. Each of his three touchdown throws went to Evan Upchurch.
Ohio soccer player, small school: CJ Boze, Ross – The senior scored three touchdowns at 143 yards and 20 tries, including an 82-yard run, in the 41:19 win over Bellbrook on Oct. 30.
Soccer player from Northern Kentucky / Indiana: Aidan Deitz, Holmes – The senior lineman had numerous tackles, two sacks and a two-point conversion in the first half to give Holmes a 54-14 win over Bellevue.
Young soccer players: Brady Manahan, St. Xavier – The junior defender scored straight from a corner in St. Xavier’s 2-1 playoff win over Walnut Hills on Monday.
Ohio / NKY girls soccer player, big school: Kailyn Dudukovich, Lakota West – She scored three goals in the 3-2 win over Milford on October 31, two goals and one assist in the 7-1 win over Turpin on October 27.
Ohio Girls Soccer Player, Small School: Becca Wolterman, Badin – The junior keeper had a shutout in the 1-0 win over Wyoming on October 27 and 5 saves in the 3-1 win over Carroll on October 31 in the district finals.
Ohio Big School Girls Volleyball: Hailey Green, Ursuline Academy – The senior had 14 kills and 6 blocks in the 3-0 win over Lebanon on October 31, added 16 kills, 5 blocks and a dig in the victory over Kings on October 27, and helped Ursuline, advance to the region tournament.
Volleyball For Little School Girls In Ohio: Kate Hafer, Fenwick – The junior had 16 kills, four service aces, and two blocks in a five-set win over Alter on October 27 and 15 kills in the county championship against Graham.
Girls volleyball player from Northern Kentucky: Ella Schloemer, Campbell County – She had 23 assists, 7 digs, 1 ace and a block in the 3-0 loss to Scott in the regional championship. She had 42 assists, 2 digs, 2 blocks and 2 kills in a 3-0 win over St. Patrick. She added 31 assists, 10 digs, and one block in defeating Montgomery County.
