Chipotle is testing a new meat in restaurants in just two cities in the country, Sacramento and Cincinnati. The smoked brisket of the burrito chain is seasoned with a special blend of spices that is seared on the grill every day and refined with a sauce made from Mexican peppers, “Chipotle said in a press release on Monday. According to the company, the brisket is in 64 participating restaurants in Cincinnati and parts of Sacramento. Chipotle had previously used its test market strategy before going national with its Carne Asada, Supergreens Salad Mixes, and Queso Blanco menu additives. Chipotle has also been testing cauliflower rice performance at locations in Denver and Wisconsin since July. You can check the locations in Sacramento here.
