Burrow completed 19 of 30 passes for 207 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday’s 20-17 loss in Chicago.
After scoring 261 yards and two TDs without interception during a week 1 win against the Vikings, Burrow fell back a little and made the first turnover of his second campaign. His first was particularly tough when a pass meant for Tyler Boyd in midfield was picked up and brought back to the house to line up the Bears 17-3 with just under 11 minutes left in the game. Burrow made up for the weaknesses, however, with two garbage time scores for Ja’Marr Chase (42 yards) and Tee Higgins (seven yards) in the final five minutes. Burrow will attempt to strike back in a street match with the Steelers next Sunday.
