Allpro Parking, LLC announces the opening of seven new locations in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio on March 1st, including the company’s first locations in downtown Cleveland. This is Allpro Parking’s largest single expansion in Ohio since it began doing business with Hamilton County in August 2008.
In Cleveland, Allpro now operates the PNC Garage at 750 Vincent Ave and the Chesterfield Garage at 1801 E. Twelfth Street, near Progressive Field, Quickens Loan Arena and The Playhouse. Allpro Parking entered the northern Ohio market in February 2011 with a valet service at the Ahuja Medical Center of the University Hospital in Beachwood, Ohio.
The Columbus portfolio will be expanded to include Spring Street Lot, 45 E. Spring Street, near the central business district, and the South High Garage at 107 South High Street, near the Ohio State House and Columbus Commons.
In Cincinnati, Allpro parking has added The Tower Place Garage at 118 West Fourth Street, near Paul Brown Stadium, Carew Tower and the Cincinnati Convention Center. In addition, Allpro Parking is an equity partner of Race Street Partners, LLC on the purchase of the Race Street Garage at 321 Race Street. Allpro Parking will manage the garage, which is located near Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ball Park, Freedom Center, and other Cincinnati Banks Project targets.
These new locations have added almost 3,400 spaces to Allpro Parking Ohio’s portfolio. Allpro Parking, LLC operates in 9 cities and annually manages more than 100 locations with 42,394 parking spaces.
