The city administration’s budget goes to the mayor
On Tuesday, Cincinnati City Manager Paula Boggs Muething will publish the proposed city budget. It then goes to the Mayor for changes before submitting it to the Cincinnati City Council for final approval by June 30th.

CPS announces interim superintendent
Cincinnati public schools will announce their interim director during the board meeting on Monday evening.
Current Superintendent Laura Mitchell announced her resignation on May 10th. She will be leaving the district on June 11th and assuming her new role as President and CEO of the Beech Acres Parenting Center on June 15th.
The interim position is only open to internal candidates, officials said. Two current CPS employees have applied for the position of interim superintendent.
The board meeting on Monday is scheduled for 6.30 p.m. and will be streamed online.
Vax-a-million drawing
We’ll find out who the first Ohio vaccine lottery winners are Wednesday night.
The state is awarding $ 1 million and a college scholarship to a vaccinated Ohioan every Wednesday starting May 26 for five weeks every Wednesday.
The first drawing will take place today, but the winner will not be announced until Wednesday evening.

Pool days
Refill sunscreen, it’s time for the pool.
Coney Island, home of the Sunlite Pool, opens on Saturday with two new attractions, as does Soak City on Kings Island.

Pretty much everyone who watches “The Masked Singer” thinks so, but we’ll find out exactly on Wednesday night.
Then the season finale of the covert crooning competition will be broadcast and the last three candidates will be exposed.
The clues so far seem to point directly to the 98-degree singer, but the jury pointed out a few other options, including Brother Drew, who was a little successful with reality TV competitions himself.
